Welcome to Interlink Real Estate Services

We’re glad you’re here!

Interlink Real Estate has been around awhile!  This company was started in 1995 by Jo Dobbs, a Texas Real Estate Broker and a designated CCIM (a Certified Commercial Investment Member).

Jo serves all aspects of the commercial real estate market, while other team members serve both the residential and commercial markets.

Interlink is a small, boutique real estate firm - our focus is on customer service rather than the number of completed transactions.

Our goal is consistently to do excellent work to develop and maintain our reputation and client relationships.

Our team is invested in and is very connected to our local East Texas area - which has proven to be a wonderful asset to buyers and sellers alike as we offer in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of Smith County and its nine surrounding counties.

We offer clients a personalized approach to the complex world of real estate, from navigating challenging listings to searching for real estate space for a new location or investment.

We provide a full range of sale and leasing services for industrial, office, medical, land, and investment properties.

With over 50 years of combined experience in the East Texas area, we offer excellent regional market advice when representing tenants, landlords, buyers, or sellers.

We look forward to helping you with your next transaction or answering any questions about some aspect of real estate, about our area - or about us!
